Who am I?
Phaedra Plas
Since obtaining my diploma as a physiotherapist in 2022, it quickly became clear that my interests went beyond general physiotherapy. During my internships, I discovered a strong passion for respiratory care, which inspired me to specialize further. Shortly after graduating, I joined two group practices, where I gained valuable experience in this exciting sector. Over time, however, I realized that I wanted to follow my own path and turn my personal vision into reality.
I am a cheerful and positive person who is always open to a conversation. Whether it is a question about your treatment or just a chat, I find it important to offer a listening ear and create a confidential atmosphere. My approach is always warm and approachable, so that you feel comfortable and work with me on your recovery and well-being.

Offer
1
Lung Rehabilitation
Pulmonary rehabilitation is a treatment program that focuses on improving lung function and increasing physical capacity. The goal is to optimize breathing, improve fitness and support daily functioning. This is done through a combination of breathing techniques, physical exercises and education.
3
Pre- and postoperative
With surgery, especially to the chest or abdomen, breathing may be temporarily impaired. Pre- and postoperative respiratory therapy helps optimize lung function before surgery and speed recovery afterwards. Targeted exercises reduce the risk of complications, such as pneumonia or atelectasis, and support breathing patterns.
4
Hyperventilation
In the treatment of hyperventilation within respiratory physical therapy, the focus is on breathing exercises that help normalize breathing and restore control over breathing patterns. Through relaxation techniques and controlled breathing, patients can learn to regulate their breathing.
5
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a treatment method in which a thin needle is inserted into trigger points (muscle knots) to relieve pain and improve muscle function. The goal is to reduce muscle tension and increase blood flow. Dry needling is often used for muscle and joint pain, such as neck, back and shoulder pain.
Prices
The practice is non-conventioned, which means that patients without increased reimbursement pay an average of 35 euros per session. Any administrative fees are fully reimbursed by the health insurance, as is the majority of the therapy cost. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask them during our appointment.
Each session must be paid in full at the time of the appointment. Payment can be made in cash or via a QR code, which can be easily scanned with a banking application or Payconiq. Thank you for your understanding!
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If this is not done, the session may be charged, without intervention from the health insurance. Thank you for your understanding.
At your first appointment you must bring the following documents: doctor's prescription, your identity card, your health insurance sticker, any medical results or files.
